These women are absolutely incredible. My original buyer got denied for their loan after both ladies had confirmed with the loan officer they would be approved. There was false information provided, which made their job difficult. We had to put my house back on the market. Cathy and Danielle reached out to everyone previously interested and they were able to get it back under contract WITHIN HOURS! The thought of showing again with dogs and a newborn baby made me sick to my stomach, but we didn't have to do anything! We had some issues with the buyer's attorney and their communication with the HOA. Cathy was at their office first thing in the morning ready to take care of it, and she did! Meanwhile, Danielle was with me for the final walkthrough and closing, keeping me calm! These two women are an incredible team and I am so grateful they were able to help me with this process. They are so fast to respond to questions and concerns that I'm honestly not sure that they sleep! I was able to close on my old house at 9:30am and close on our new home at 11:30. My buyer missed the deadline for the wire transfer, but thanks to Danielle & Cathy, two other families were able to close on time right after me. This was only possible because of the vigilance and dedication to what they do. We had many setbacks, but they maintained the most positive and professional approach. We are so grateful for what they did for out family!
